āOn May 23rd, at 11 PM, MTV is running an hour long special on my fiance which features a look into her professional career and personal life. As many of you, we welcomed our daughter, Emilia into the world in December. What many dont know is that she was born with a condition called gastroschisis. Treatment for the condition called for extensive surgical procedures along with very long recovery process in the UCLA NICU. The special gives an in depth look at how our family handled this trying time alongside the ups and downs of Devinās music career. Words canāt explain how proud I am of both Devinās and Emiliaās perseverance, and I hope the segment conveys how strong these two ladies were throughout everything. ā -JIMMY
